How much do you love Rudy Gay in late game situations? The guy wants to have the ball in his hands, and he has been hitting the crap out of that mid-range jumper as of late. I'm loving it.
Grizzlies beat the Raptors 102-99 in Toronto, to make it 9 wins for the Grizz in their past 11 games.
How good is Dante Cunningham playing right now!?!? He played 25 minutes against the Raptors and had 11 points 4 rebounds 2 assists and 3 steals. He is starting to get consistent in his play, and has really lifted the team with his energy off the bench. Yet again, Lionel Hollins has proven one man's trash is another man's solid bench player...
Tonight, the Grizzlies face the 12-25 Detroit Pistons here at the FedEx Forum, in what will hopefully be an easy win. But this is the NBA, and as we all know, the only easy win in the NBA is against the Charlotte Bobcats.
