The University of Tennessee Volunteers held the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets when they needed to, on the last play of the game.  Georgia Tech Head Coach Paul Johnson went for the 2-point conversion in Double-OT at the new Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta Monday night and fell short.  Tennessee won 42-41.

The story of the night was the new symbolic large trash can that UT had on the sidelines.  ESPN's Maria Taylor reported that the bucket is for UT players to dunk the football into after they get takeaways on defense.  Naturally, it has become a symbol of the disdain for Butch Jones and his tenure at Tennessee.
