David Fizdale was fined $30,000 for comments he made about officiating following Game 2 of the Western Conference Playoffs
The NBA announced that it has fined Memphis Grizzlies Head Coach David Fizdale $30,000 for his comments about the officiating following his team's 96-82 loss to the San Antonio Spurs during Game 2 of the first round of the Western Conference Playoffs.
The fine was announced by Kiki VanDeWeghe, Executive Vice President, Basketball Operations for the NBA.
Here's the video of Fizdale's rant that has gone viral and spurned two catch phrases, "Take that for date" and "They're not gonna Rook' us".
